Bader Al-Nofai founded B&S Investments with a conviction that has defined the group ever since: that Saudi creativity and Saudi capital, combined with genuine operational discipline, can build world-class enterprises.
Under his leadership, B&S has grown from a Riyadh-based operator into a multi-vertical investment group with active operations across five countries and a portfolio of eight business verticals. The Global Investment Summit, the group’s most ambitious proprietary initiative, stands as its flagship.
Bader’s approach is characterised by long-horizon patience and short-term accountability. He expects quality at every level of the organisation and holds the group to the standard he would want applied to his own capital.

Hala Al-Far oversees day-to-day operations and stakeholder management across the B&S group, with particular responsibility for the Global Investment Summit and key international partnerships. Her operational rigour and relationship depth have been central to the group’s ability to execute complex, multi-market initiatives to a consistently high standard.
